Wilton Square Books has acquired Adder Stone by Clare Clark, a historical novel inspired by the flooding of a north Wales valley to create a reservoir supplying Liverpool.
The novel explores a pivotal moment of social and environmental change, bringing a little-known chapter of Welsh history to life through fiction.
